Be prepared for questions like normal vital ranges, what would you do in certain situations when having 2 or 3 patients, how would you care in an emergency order of those patients. Mostly be yourself and honest.

Very thorough, they emphasize on having hospital experience, which is preferred over nursing home experience. They do give you a rundown of what they expect from you so be prepared to show how you meet those expectations.
