I spoke to a representative at a job fair, introducung myself and my background briefly. After that, I had an interview with the principal in a more private setting and completed an evaluation focusing on emotional intelligence and conflict resolution. Finally, I completed a performance task where I watched a video of a teacher and evaluated their performance according to a rubric.

One interview with Principal and Assistant Principal. Lasted about one and a half hours. It was comfortable, more conversational than anything else. I received the job offer by email about a couple of days later. I worked there for two years.
