I applied online and was then called by the school I applied to for an interview. After the Not two hours passed when I received a call telling me I had received it. I then had to go through HISD in order to complete the hiring process.

The interview was very quick. I was interviewed by one of the other tutors as well as the Program Manager.They asked me some questions about my experience and how I would handle certain situations. I was also given a tour of the school.

How would you handle a difficult student in class? Imagine that the student is being disrespectful, is cursing, refusing to do their work, and disrupting the whole class in the process.

Entretien
Abundant Entry level positions. Interviews take place with school principal and maybe assistant principal or administrative assistant. You should expect to do many things outside of your job description and making the extra mile. I had one interview, submitted to a drug test (of course, it's the city of Houston) and had a thorough background check.
