I met with several different administrators. They asked me about myself and my past work history. They wanted to know why I wanted to work at their campus. They also asked did I think I could handle the environment with the different personalities that come through the office. They also wanted to know if I could be stern when needed and nurturing when needed.

Had an inside contact and was interviewed immediately by prospective department. Hired and had to do quite a bit of paperwork for new hire process. I had to get TB test. Also had to sit through long new hire orientation.
