It was a 3 step process. One phone call, then a zoom call, and lastly a mock sales call on zoom. They are super cool and genuine they look for people not necessarily your skills.

Smug middle managers reading scripted questions verbatim. They prefer Account Executives with no experience who are controllable and willing to follow orders rather than having any kind of experience or skill sets.

Entretien
First is to speak with a recruiter, then I met with a manager and it was a standard interview. The final I met with two senior managers and it included a mock call. It was hard to know how I did on the mock call, but good enough to get the job!

Honestly I am a nervous interviewer so it's a bit of a blur, but nothing stood out as like an unusual question. I'd say do your research and really be ready for the mock call
