I applied through a referral, and did a phone screen with the CTO and then an on-site interview with the Engineering leads. Each step took about a week.
Throughout the process, they were very responsive to questions and letting me know the status of my application. After I bombed the in-person interview, Chris was really helpful in providing me a list of resources I could use to patch up the holes in my skillset.

The recruiter didn't tell me anything about the company or the recruitment process.
