One zoom call wherein we discussed my availability for the role and whether I had the skills for the role, namely: interpersonal/hosting/hospitality experience, willingness to work the hours, willingness to do bits of DIY fixing and cleaning around the site if needed.

Very straight forward, based on my past experience and whether I liked escape rooms. I had no prior escape room experience but this was okay. I found the interview very short and heard back within that week.
