A day after I applied, I received an email from the HR director for an interview. I interviewed with her and made arrangements to come back for an Excel test and a second interview with my would-be boss, which happened 1 week later. The HR director then escorted me over to the conference room where I had a 1:1 interview. The next week I was offered the job via phone and a letter of acceptance was emailed to me.
