Really respectful and overall the best interview process I've been involved in. It was exactly as described on their website: 1 Review We review applications to screen for a variety of criteria. 2 Video / Intro call Candidates are asked to submit answers to questions via video or to have an intro call with one of our recruiters. 3 Interview We conduct online interviews to get to know you better. 4 Task Finalists complete a multi-day task (we pay for your time). 5 Offer We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best for the role.

The process was very slick. After an initial screening conversation, I was given the Product Management task. It's a three-day task and candidates have 2 weeks to complete it. As I was working on the case, I was encouraged to reach out to members of the Product team and ask questions and dig deeper into the case at hand. The final part of the task was to present back to the Product team and answer questions about my findings.
