5 Step interview process. Twice one of my interview was rescheduled after hours of preparations and schedule accommodations. Interview process is extensive, but the company truly is a joke. After being offered a salary my start date was constantly being changed, absolutely no regard for events in personal life. (Such as walking for College graduation) I originally accepted offer, but declined it as they were asking me to complete additional tasks and constantly changing the start date with little notification and not yet being paid.
