I get tested first, then interview later. I was asked to write a certain topic and then get interviewed about my experience in content writing as well as some questions related to my test.

First was application, then there was a writing test with the most descriptive instructions. After that, I had an interview with the HR, then the Team Leader. It was very smooth process, took two and a half months from application to the offer letter. After the interview with the HR, they also asked you to rate the interview.
