Entretien
Sent via an Agency (who claims to have exclusivity to all positions). Once I am finally at my Interview, the person was late in meeting with me, I overheard her cursing & using profanity, demeaning language at her staff...then to top it all off, she did not know who I was nor had a copy of my Resume! I had to read thru my Resume and she was testy.

She wanted to know what process & software I used for "Billing" & actually challenged that a software that I used in my previous employment did not exist.
