Preliminary interview was held virtually with the current co-ed team for this role. There was not much engagement from the team members, other than the Manager asking general interview questions. The next phase was a job task aid on Excel. The individual tasked with giving me my assignment was a day late in the delivery, which cut my production time in half before the due date. This didn't seem fair, considering other candidates probably had a full 2-days to complete the assignment. General sentiments: the Interview process for this role seemed lazy with low morale among team members.
