Simple, straight-forward. Interviewed with recruiter and nurse manager. HSS really wants to hire nurses who will maintain their image of dedication to patient/ customer-satisfaction in keeping up with their magnet designation. Very efficient staff, will respond quickly and give prompt update on whether or not they want to hire you (just a few days after interview).

After applying I had an interview with 2 unit managers in person. They went over my experience and asked pertinent questions about my new role. I was offered the position within 10 days

For the new grad orientation and residency, you will have an interview with HR and then a panel interview. Be sure to prepare questions about why you'd want to work there. I would definitely research the hospital and see if they've gotten any recent designations or awards
