I applied 1 month ago, no response... I then started a chat with them and they said I should re-apply, no response... Then I emailed them.. no response...the whole team is not alleging things properly. I match the job description perfectly and was looking forward to the interview, but .... yeah

The hiring manager sends you a link via email where you have to complete a recorded interview. The questions are more behavioral than technical. This interview type is convenient, but it feels very impersonal and informal and it's hard to gauge what their impression of you will be. They didn't give feedback after the recorded interview.

Hospitable provides A LOT of information for job seekers. Definitely read their content before applying so that your application catches their eye. I was given the opportunity to do what I assume is a 1-way screening interview. The process involved accessing a platform where you are provided with video clips from current employees asking a set of 11 questions. You get three "takes" on answering each question and then you can select which to submit.
