J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Hormel (Houston, TX) en janv. 2011

A very laid back guy interview me. Basically went over my resume and asked a few questions about me. Only one behavioral question really and we just kind of talked. I dont think they really had a position for me but they were just interview in case something came up which bothered me.
3 rounds. Used a lot of situational questions and wanted the STAR method to answer. Asked follow up questions for additonal info wanted detailed answers. Overall interviewers were friendly and inviting and just wanted to know how my skills/experience would transfer

Very thorough in the interview process, and did a great job of making sure any questions I had were answered. They allowed me to talk to a large panel of people from all over the company.
Phone interview for about 30 minutes, the interviewer did a majority of the talking but really went into detail about the position and all that it entailed. left about 5 minutes for questions then that was it and heard back via email
