Entretien
The process moved very quickly after my first email response from Horizon Media. First, I had a phone cal with a recruiter who asked about my interests and thought of a few positions that I may be a good fit for. I was then called in where I took a short media math quiz (simple algebra mostly) and then met with a team in-person (~2 hours). Shortly after, I received a call with an offer!

The interview was easy and casual but felt as though some interviewers were not sure about how the interview process is supposed to go and what the next steps are.

Give me an example of a time you had to think on your feet
My interview process was seamless and handled professionally. The HR team was prompt in their responses and was super thorough in communicating each step of the process. This was especially helpful for a recent college graduate - they were extremely approachable and I felt well prepared.

Entretien
The first interaction with employees and the recruiter were friendly. The interviewer was unfriendly and seemed to have no knowledge of my coming. I was introduced to other employees for the interview who also seemed unaware of my arrival. Basic questions only about their business. Didn't have interest in the person they were interviewing.
