Very strange experience with this company. At first, I sent my resume to them for the position which I liked, and then I was rejected on a resume. Then I decided to try to reach out to a recruiter on LinkedIn to discuss open opportunities there. One of them answered me pretty soon that he believes that my profile matches their company very well and we set up a call. During this call, I was told that I was assigned to be interviewed for the position which I sent my resume before and was rejected lol. Also, I was told (at the end of July) that they need someone to start work in September. This actually means that you need to pass their complicated interview process pretty quickly and immediately take the offer. I said ok and then I was transferred to another recruiter who answered me pretty slowly but we were able to set up a phone screen. On this phone screen (1 hour long), I got some questions about my background + easy algorithmic task to design a parking garage with several floors. I was able to solve it in 5-10 mins and then I got 3-4 follow-ups. The interviewer was satisfied that I was able to solve the task and follow-ups pretty quickly. In the end, I asked several questions about their work and company. I think it went pretty well. After 2 business days, I got an automatically generated message that they found a slightly better fit for that position. Their recruiter hasn't provided me with any feedback. This company is a waste of time, I don't recommend it to anyone.
