Interview is done via a virtual portal where you are guided through a variety of tests by a chatbot. This was a long and frustrating experience as you are forced to choose from a set of generic responses or type a custom response that the chat bot will ask you to redo as they are unable to analyze it. The web interview on its own convinced me that I do not wish to work for Hopper, if they treat their job candidates as disposable I can only imagine how they treat their staff.

Done with the initial exams and received an email for an Asynchronous interview, questions were all related to your role. Easy if you have the experience. Mostly situational. Only concern is their system took time to process. Hopefully they send updates during weekends since I finished the virtual interview on a weekend😊

multiple and detailed and yet personable. Partly testing and screening and partly interpersonal. Overall a good way to assess fitness for the job. Positive and encouraging. Be aware grammar will be part of the screening.
