Received an interview and the interview was cancelled at the last minute with no prior warning. I called and was told the center was going out of business and the manager wasn't in that day. Was even sent an email reminder of the interview that morning. Very unprofessional.

Unfortunately, the recruiter did not call at the specified scheduled interview time. The situation reflected a breakdown in communication and scheduling reliability as well as concerns about organizational communication practices. (Updates to come) Overall, I applied and scheduled the interview with ease, and I appreciated how they asked for written responses about prior experience with children and personal experiences that inspire you to want to work with children with autism as a part of the application process.
