Interviewer say it is not good to take annual leave..we will judge you..and you cant get pregnant in 2 years we will make u sign a contract with us.....if you are pregnant we will retrench you

The interview process has TWO sessions. First Sesh - Meeting with the HR and Principal Most of the topics discussed are generally rules implementation upon the teachers. The principal express many concerns about the teachers in the school and how they managed their teachers. Second Sesh - Mock Teaching with HoD (Head of Department) for the subjects you're applying for. HoD will act as students and come up with many scenarios including being childish, disrupting the mock teaching and so on. The aim of this mock teaching is to see how teacher is able to handle class management. The content that is expected by the HoD are incredibly top notch that you have to be perfect for every aspect. It is not recommended for fresh graduate to apply as they only seek experienced teachers in the school environment. Passion is not enough but skillset and strong knowledge upon the content is a requirement.
