Recruiter call - Screen - Technical Interview - Algo Live - 1.5 hr SIM. My biggest hangups were 1. the recruiter was inconsistent. I was in the pipeline 4 different times and got duplicate invites. Not to mention the job I applied for was staff, but they silently moved me to senior. 2. There was at least one interviewer that just didn't seem like they were interested in the interview and didn't want to be there. 3. One of the interviewers pulled up a question saying "I haven't done this problem before so I won't have bias" which means that the interviewer wasn't really aware of common pitfalls in the problem or how to move past them.
