      Entretien pour Talent Acquisition

      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Honor en mai 2023

      Entretien

I had a bad experience with Honor. I originally applied for a position which was identical to my my recent one, so I was very qualified and excited about it. I was also excited about Honor's mission which is why I targeted them as a potential next employer. After being screened and set up with a first interview which I felt went very well, I was given notice within a few days that they didn't want me...which as an HR professional isn't great if there is any possibility the other candidates may refuse to continue on. I asked for feedback and was told I was well liked but because I made a comment about my *future goals (as asked?) I wouldn't be a good fit for this job as it's not aligned...which is ridiculous because I am good and and love the type of job I APPLIED FOR! So I was offered to interview for a different role which I was actually overqualified for and this job was a lot less money and horrible hours (which they hide the terms of this until the last minute as I only found out about the hours on the 2nd of 3 interviews?!?!? Why waste people's time...BE UPFRONT from the screener! So I went through another screener, another interview and final panel simulation interview where you're presented with questions to answer and present while they ask you questions about your answers. There were 2 managers in similar departments and very snooty, unfriendly HR specialist in attendance who's job it was to make the candidate? Uncomfortable? I went thru the final interview being asked to present a simulation with out having the benefit of knowing what Honor's actual daily business was for this position nor knowing what any actual policies were or who is responsible for certain tasks. Yet was asked how I'd handle scenarios to which I was unclear what their policies were... I follow procedure and policy but I can't articulate that if I don't know them... Because they would have liked me to expand on things I didn't know about, I didn't get the job. Keep in mind my background is in Management, training and HR and I did the jobs all of them did and then some so there's no way I am not qualified for the position. I'm wondering if the diversity of my age and that I was more experience then all of the interviewers was the real reason I didn't get the position...

      Question 1

(They took over HomeInstead which the actual employees aren't happy about and in the process of converting those employees to HonorCares) You're tasked with ensuring an employee has all their documents back to transfer into HonorCares but they haven't provided you with all the documents. Employee A is missing (x), Employee B is missing (y) and Employee C is missing (x and y), what do you do?
