There are 3 stages of interviews. I only got through the first interview and it was ok. I can't describe how the second and third interviews would be like because I didn't pass but the interviewer was friendly.

Question 1
The interviewer only asked me basic questions like describing internship experience, why do you choose hlb, why do you choose the associate management program, etc.
Received phone call from their talent acquisition executive. The call was around 30 minutes long. They explained about the company and also about the management associate program. Asked a few questions about you as well. Received their answer a few days later through email.

receive call after three days i submitted application. The HR asked about intention to join this program. Be prepared to answer question relating to your past experience especially in managing and organizing. If you have any experience in organizing in managing, be initiative to tell more. unfortunately i was not ready for the phone interview, so i answered badly and do not get into the next stage.
