I sat with the area supervisor and a product engineer. I was asked several questions from a predetermined bank of questions based on Honeywell culture and behaviors. I was also asked to walk them through my previous work experience. I was several questions about my process improvement experience. I was also asked about my technical experience and equipment I had on my resume.
