Entretien
Initial phone screen with HR, then phone interview with hiring manager followed by 2 hour on-site interviews. On site interviews were as follows: 1 on 1 with lead of an area, 1 on 1 with lead of an area, panel interview with hiring manager, his counterpart (another manager), and an HR person. 1 on 1 interviews were more of a tour with a few questions sprinkled in with regards to background, team experiences. Panel interview was a series of 8 behavioral questions, followed by a number of more traditional questions (what in your background has prepared you for this role).

It was a digital/text interview. Questions were easy and did not involve anything technical, just a little background information. You were allowed to answer at your own convenience. Most of this is conducted with a "virtual assistant"

Several phone interviews (HR, general engineer, engineering manager), plus an on site interview and plant tour. Met with the people who would be your supervisors if you were hired full time, answered pretty standard interview questions

Entretien
Very different than the standard behavioral interview. Dealt more with thought process and reasoning and found that to be much more pleasant. Very laid back while still being concise. One on One setting where I didn't feel forced into a specific direction and was able to come to my own conclusions.
