Recruiter contacted me the next day after I applied for the job. She like what I have in my resume and what I was working on and thought I could be the right fit for it. She told me she will pass my application to the hiring manager and then after a couple of days emailed me with a date and time the hiring manager would call me.
Waited for the hiring manager to call me on the day and time specified in the email. Didn't hear anything from anyone during that time. After wasting my 30 minutes waiting to get a call from the hiring manager, I called the recruiter to see what went wrong to learn that the recruiter was out of office.
I emailed another recruiter who was supposed to be a back up for the recruiter I was speaking was earlier during the process and told me she will get back to me with updates.
And then I never heard from anyone.
This was the most unprofessional process I have ever been through.

On site interview with 6 people panel. Interviewers with current engineering team and engineering managers. Technical interview on rf concepts and troubleshooting approach. Along with some soft skills assessment questions.

A bit slow on the process so you need to be patient. Once the process begins you will have a phone interview usually and then followed by an in person interview if you are liked.
