The interview process was very painless. The process allowed for my experiences that were specifically identified in the job description but nonetheless important to the job. The skills that are very easy to get a certificate for were not the focus of the interview but rather how the unconventional and somewhat more difficult situations would be handled. Softskills seemed to be the focus of the interview.
