Phone Interview with a panel of engineers and then was offered the job about a week later. The interview was very casual and made me feel comfortable and not intimidated.

Got this interview at a career fair on campus. Two interviews with hiring manager. First interview was just screening interview, so pretty quick and basic. Reviewed resume and asked questions based on that, also gauged interests and compatibility with teams that are hiring at the company. Second round was longer, around an hour or so. This interview consisted of behavioral questions, more questions on resume, problem-solving conceptual/technical questions.
