Unfortunately, most communication is by email. Email from recruiter to answer questions, 1 hour phone interview with hiring manager, 2 hour in-person meeting with hiring manager, 45 minute phone interview with HR manager. Poor process altogether.

No difficult questions, particularly because I knew more about aerospace than the young recent college graduate manager who knew basically nothing about aerospace.

Phone interview was fine and to the point. The in person interview was eye opening. They talked about the high turnover at this location and it didn’t lead me to believe it fostered the environment I am looking for.

Intial was a video screen, then an online math test followed by personality indicator tests. Then it was two panel interviews in person on site lasting about 2 hours. This was a month ago and I have been ghosted. I've written to inquire once and was told they'd get back to me and nothing.
