Very unnecessarily lengthy and arduous process. The response times from the management and HR reps were unbelievably sparse. Four interviews; two over the phone; two in person. The only reason the interview seemed difficult is because of the amount of time and effort put into the entire ordeal. When someone doesn't respond for a month, it would only seem logical that they aren't interested.
