several recruiters contacted me for the position with different salary ($25 to $28 with W2). And I chose one of the recruiters to start the application. After I signed the agreement with the recruiter, he scheduled me a phone screen interview with the manager from Honeywell. He didn't ask many questions only interested the experience The manager said he could call back if he is interested.
