Phone screening portion with recruiter. Brief phone interview, followed by on-site interview with two managers and two peer engineers. Occurred as two hour long sessions, 1st session with 1 manager and engineer, followed by a 2nd session with the other manager and engineer

Long and painful. When it came time for an on-site interview at Torrance Aerospace facility, nobody could locate my manager. It wasn't until several hours later that she came to get me.
