I applied for an entry-level accounting and finance rotational program on a college job board. I was granted an interview that was conducted with two people on campus. I was called back for a second interview at the office that consisted of a one-on-one interview as well as second interview with two interviewers. About a week later I received both a phone call and an official offer letter and was given ten days to respond.

the process has gone smoothly and responsive. i had first a call interview for them to know more about me and what i desire from the next position.
Next i had two another meeting and the company with my future manager, team leader and HR generalist.
