Rudimentary process with poor communication from HR; didn't know if I was coming or going with them. It's helpful for Honeywell to realize that candidate experience starts with the recruiters and HR. If they don't know what they are doing, it reflects on the company. The time from application to interview to offer is extremely long - even for a large company. It also appears that the hiring changes hands during the process making it even more confusing on what's going on.
