Interview was offered through a career fair and took place the next day. The interview was very relaxed and one on one. Included a few behavioral questions and going through, elaborating on resume. Offer was received within one week without a second interview. Was given two weeks to respond and Honeywell was not flexible on that time frame. offer was accepted.

The interview was mostly conversational although I did start out talking them through my resume. They asked several questions concerning hypothetical supply chain situations and how I would respond to those, as well as questions about my experience and aptitudes.

The interview was on campus after a career fair. The interviewers were friendly and focused on behavioral questions. There were two interviewers and the were writing stuff down the whole time and honestly barely looked up.
