This was hands down the worst interview experience I ever had.
After 2 technical interviews that were hard and challenging, but in a good way, everyone involved was really nice (recruiter, team leads, group lead), I passed and was invited for the 3rd time for a two-hour interview - one hour with the CTO and one hour with the HR.
During these 2 hours, we talked for about 20 minutes about the opportunities in Honeybook, and the remaining 1h40m was only them insisting that I would count any negative experience I had.
Only questions like:
* What negative feedback did your managers give you
* What negative feedback did your employees give you
* Did you ever get negative feedback from someone else in the company, and what did you do about it?
* Did you have any conflicts with anyone at work
* If I talk to your manager today, what will he warn me about
And so on, but the things that were never asked were anything regarding my successes and my accomplishments, every time I tried talking about one of them, they listened for a moment, and pushed back to the negative, demanding more examples.
After not being able to give more than 5 examples, they decided not to move forward with me because they felt, in their words, they "could not understand who I am".
If you go interview there, you should come prepared with synthetic and generic answers, and a lot of them.
