First step is a one on one virtual interview. It is extremely structured which is nice to feel like everyone is getting asked the same questions.
Next two steps involve presenting to mock clients to see how the interviewee would truly perform in the position. I've done mock financials as part of the interview process for other companies in the past but this was more legit with you actually presenting and interacting with the mock client. I liked that the financials and scenarios you are given are not clean and straightforward. It really highlights how one handles things in real life when nothing is ever perfect or what you expect.

Question 1
I'm expanding a building to add a classroom and I'm hoping the construction will be complete in January. Should I put the pressure on the contractors to get it completed in December in order to max out the depreciation deduction in the current tax year?
