It didn't take too long to get an in-person interview after I got a phone interview with HR. It was straightforward and mostly behavioural. There were also a couple technical questions, but overall, it wasn't too difficult.

It takes a lot of time for the recruitment , there are 2 rounds of interviews, relationships- money- knowledge. The committee includes the head of human resources, head of the department you apply for, and Japanese people.
