I applied the job online. Then, I got the first interview with HR on phone . Second step was with a hiring manager. The process was 2 weeks before I got the job offer.

Entretien
A friend worked for Honda and let me know that they were looking. I met with the manager the same day. They told me I had the job the same day after meeting with the General manager. It was a simple professional easy experience that I enjoyed. Meeting with the General Manager was A little more detailed and he told me what he expected from the position but it was still a general interview.
