The interview process was very relaxed and laid back. Conversations were a good mix of experience related questions as well as how you would address challenges in the work place and getting to know you more on a personal level.

The interview was impressively streamlined and very straightforward. I spoke with a range of people across a couple of teams including other research associates, scientists, and upper management. The entire process was finished in a couple of hours and the conversations were all incredibly friendly and casual. There were a range of technical as well as personality questions.
