I started my job with the company within 2 weeks on interviewing. I had two separate interviews. One with Chad Beldon and Rory Driscoll. Between the two, they asked me a series of questions relating to my character, work ethic and what drives me as an individual. The third time I came in for an interview, they offered me the job. I felt comfortable interviewing with the two of them. They were personable and made me feel like I could be myself. I didn't feel as though I necessarily had to say what they wanted to hear. Overall, a great experience. I couldn't be happier accepting a job with such an outstanding company!
