Applied for the position online through a career service and within 2 weeks I was called in for an interview for the next day. Was given a time frame to pick from and address to arrive at. The interview itself took 1 hour. I got the impression that they had already picked someone for the job before I even got there. One interviewer looked like she didn't want to be there and the other talked the entire time about how you have to be passionate about the services provided.
