Phone interview pretty standard. Very personable with some getting to know you type of vibe. Was asked how I was doing and told a little bit about the position. Really they are just screening people here. I was asked to come in for an in person interview but they never responded with a confirmation. This is very unprofessional and odd considering things were going well. ZERO follow up from them at all.

Applied online and then two days later was invited to interview. Had one thirty minute in person interview with general manager. Received an offer within the week, good communication and easy scheduling of the interview.
