When they first opened I applied. Perhaps the nature of the process it was quick. A lot of people found other jobs because the time between hiring and store prep took longer than they were prepared to wait. Communication was a problem it was selective and inconsistent, depending on who you were.

I was one of the ones that got interviewed before the store even opened but it was super chill. I was comfortable with the gentleman and he was super understanding with my work schedule.

You provide your resume, they ask you questions on the spot. I spoke to the Store Manager. They asked questions about how I work with people, what I am looking.
Invited in email to interview. Call set appointment. Talk 30 min about past job experience and responsibilities. Times available to work weekly and customer service experiences. Basic information about companies
