An interview with 2 lead engineers. First was a technical problem about finding words in a word search and then a series of questions about software engineering generally. Things like how do you approach code reviewing. And what software standards do you write code to. Tell us about a time you had to refactor some code. What is your approach to testing

3 stages: - CV clearance (standard submission of cv) - Code test (review code for Java and C#, write solution for binary tree without storing memory, include unit tests) - Face to face interview (online, 10 questions - mostly about my theoretical understanding of subjects and how I would approach given tasks). Took around 5 months to conclude.
