J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Home Made en mai 2025
Entretien
I had an interview for the “bookings associate” role which was advertised. This was a 10 minute conversation where the interviewer outlined the role which was very different to what was published on their website to make their role sound more interesting. The requirements for the role were 6 months prior experience in customer service only. However, upon the interview I was asked about my experience in sales and outlining I needed sales experience for this role (that i have) which is fair but this should have been advertised on the job post. I was then asked about some personal information about my prior company (my targets and earnings) which i did not think was very professional to ask in an interview. Once i gave an outline i was then prodded for an exact figure. While this was all going on in the interview Co-Pilot was also being used. This was described prior to the interview but i felt it didn't help the interview at all. This process creates transcripts and follow up questions which i believe should not belong in an interview at all.

Question 1
They asked for a figure of my sale targets at my previous role (they even said it could be confidential)
