First, I received a call to discuss the job and requirements then an interview was conducted on Zoom. It was mostly based on interpersonal skills. Professional experience as a carer was not required. After being selected I went through a induction training.

it was quick and easy and friendly the question asked i felt ready for and prepared. although the interview didn't last very long we managed to get an understanding of the expectations and what is not allowed.
