Very laid back. One person interviewed me and then another came in to discuss my hours. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I was hired on the spot. The interview probably lasted about 20 minutes. They seemed generally excited to hire new people and they hire all the time.. there is literally a new orientation every two weeks with about twenty new people in them.

The interview process was very easy. The lady was polite and fun.she asked all types of questions about my past experiences.I met the head boss on my interview and he was also very down to earth.don't know how or why anybody would not get hired at this establishment .
