Went in expecting a one on one and ended up in a group interview. Kristen was super kind. Felt it was really strange she said it was a very lucrative position but then offered immediately following.

Entretien
Phone screen with recruiter followed by group interview over Zoom detailing sales process and compensation structure. Quickly engaged post application submission. Sounds like a decent role with exception of zero base pay and not setting of your own calendar. Position felt 1099 in compensation structure with the negatives associated with W2 obligation wise. Must work minimum five days per week, provide own vehicle for meetings up to an hour away, all for zero guaranteed income. I exited my candidacy after this was revealed.

Two calls and a zoom meeting so far. I will be following up with sales manager. I will be seeing more about pay because there is no base. That is the biggest concern.
